Thats BS.. . Apartment ratings deleted what I had written... sorry I can't remember what my original little rant said, but it was good. Look at all of the other responses to the other "whine-bag's" postings. Some people are just really a--holes!

I also live at Laurel Springs and my ex-husband was a maintanence man at a BN Property. Guess what? He and another employee decided to hook-up. And there is a clause in the lease that uses the words "quiet enjoyment". So, yes, it is the office manager's responsibility to make sure that others are not being harassed, especially if they have called the police on these neighbors.

Ok sister, so you want this to be a daycare of sorts? Never mind the fact that we need to be adults about this, right? If you have problem with your neighbor talk to them. I know when I'm a little too loud mine come to me. Whats the office going to do? Hold our hands, maybe send us to time out, or to detention. I'm sure by the time it gets to them, in office, its all a bunch of he said she said, oh and let me guess you're always right, huh? So you're ex husband "hooked-up" (God that makes me feel like I'm in friggin high school again...thats been a while) with another emloyee...was this before or after he left you? Hollar back youngin'.

I WAS considering moving in but it sounds to me some people that work there are having their friends come on hereposting completely UNHELPFUL opinions and this apartment complex sounds like High School. NO THANKS
