The staff has changed quite a bit but only for the good. Of course, people don't take into consideration that people do get promoted in a company. I can tell you that the staff we have now is wonderful. The grounds are kept up nice and the whole team is very helpful. I have lived here for almost 4 years and I can tell you that Laurel Springs is about the only community I would live at in High Point. They are of course newer and offer a lot of amenities.

As far as noise that I keep reading about....it is an apartment. An apartment is not built like a house. People really need to think about these things before moving in. Also, when I have made a complaint, the office has always taken care of it by sending a letter or calling them.

I would recommend this place to anyone and feel very safe here.

yes...great place to live if you dont want the pool.

This is a noisy place. Paper thin walls floors ceilings. People move here from big ol houses and have no idea what turn your tv and voices down means. people have no idea that inviting 10 friends over at 9pm on a friday doesnt fly and that trash actually goes into a recepticle. Forget the business center. the computer/internet are too slow and need to be replaced. I cant wait to move!
