When I was looking for an apartment to rent Laurel Springs caught my eye because of the open and spacious compound, and the fact that they had 2 parks. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the rate was reasonable. But like a wolf in sheep's clothing they changed on you as soon as you get settled in and started living your life. The building s are cheaply built and you can even hear your upstairs neighbor flushing his waste down the toilet.Because the structure is so weak, the neighbors complain about everything, from hearing noise coming from your apartment to just about every normal activity like walking or vacuming. And dont even try going to management because they are rasist and full of every ignorance known to man. Bob the manager is an idiot who will soon find his ass out on the streets without a job because he lack professionalism. Jeniffer the assistant manager acts like she dont have a brain and is always so smug. If you value your sanity please look elsewhere for an apartment. The staff have a tendency to threatened you with 10 day eviction notices if they hear your children play or speak. Even when you are out of town they still say you were making noise. You cant even use you washing machine after 10pm, thats crazy because if I crap in my pants after hours surely I would like to wash them right away. Anyway I could stay here all night and go at it but you get the idea. I am hoping I can be out of here in a few months.

HELL I DO MY LAUNDRY ALL THE TIME!THEY WILL COMPLAIN IF THEY WANT ,THEY ARE NOT PAYING MY ELECTRIC BELL...
