I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The noise is horrific. People run up and down steps and stomp around or allow kids to run almost non stop. Children use every where but the playground to play. Parents are never around to control them.

The Staff (Both and Maintenance) are lazy and arrogant. The property manager and most staff choose to isolate themselves from the residents. About the only time that you see any staff members are when they are riding potential renters around in the golf carts If the maintenance man has to get off his golf cart to pick up trash, he just rides by and leaves it. The breezeway are lined with trash bags and of litter. The vinyl in the breezeway is covered with dust and has only been cleaned once in over a year. Fire extinguishers have been set off and never reinspected. Handicapped parking is extremely limmited. Work orders sometime takes weeks to resolve.

Security officers are difficult to reach and most time don't even return calls. You are better served to call the local police.
