Parking is horrible. They do no have assigned parking and if you have a young child and live on the 2nd floor you have to get home at about 5:15 and stay there are you are forced to park and walk from another building. People who don't live here, and visitors park right up front and their car can stay there for days. If you park in a space with a handicap sign that they made with no other symbol saying its handicap like a blue or white symbol on the ground to load groceries they will ticket you car. I thought it was ok at first. I have fell out of love with this place. If you want to stay here and you are getting a special you better sign a long lease. I signed a lease for 10 months when it was time to renew your lease they jack the price up and if you try to got to a smaller apt they charge you with ridiculous fees and a person coming off the street will get a better price than you!!!! Which is sad when you have paid your rent and they know your history....

There is 3 times the parking spaces than there are residents. You're just pissed because you parked in a handicapped parking space without a handicapped sticker & got caught. There are 2 things you can do to fix this, you lazy ----: 1 is to, hello NOT PARK IN THE HANDICAPPED SPOTS! Or 2 get a handicapped sticker. PS: It's not the office that gives tickets (they give warnings) only the Police can, dumba$$!

WOW..THATS GOOD IF ARE NOT IN THIS APARTMENT ANYMORE!YOU ARE RIGHT YOU THEY WILL JACK PRICE UP....ALL I CAN SAY THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE ARE LAZY DOING THEIR JOB!IMAGINE WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE THE RESPOPNSIBLE TO TALK TO THE OTHER TENANT TO MINIZE THEIR NOISES THEY WILL SAY THEY CANT TALK TO THE OTHER TENANT UNLESS THEY CAN HEAR THE NOISE..WHAT AN IDIOT!THEY DONT THINK THAT THE MONEY OR SALARY THEY RECIEVED IS FROM US!
