I lived at Laurel Springs for 2 years and I really liked it there. It was just me and my husband in a 1 bedroom 850sq feet we paid 519 a month for the first year and 540 a month for the second year. It was quite noisy that would be my only complaint. Kids constantly play on the steps outside and it sounds like a thunderstorm or something! The staff always kept the air filters changed and they checked your smoke alarm but other than that we never had any one come in and out. We had a cat and they never knew so we didn't pay all the pet fee's. They let you know in advance when they are going to be coming in your apartment. We actually moved out before our lease was up and they made it really easy for us. They ended up renting out our aparment the very next week after we moved so we didn't have to pay any fee's. We actually got a refund for the rest of the days in the month that we had already payed. If they hadn't rented our aparment out we would have had to pay 2 months rent. Everything inside of them is like new and works well. Power bill runs around 80 to 100 dollars in the summer and water ran us around 50 dollars. Parking was ok. There was always plenty of spots to park just sometimes it wasn't right in front of your building but you never had to walk far.

Great place to live, WHATEVER. If you are deaf it migh tbe. More like a college dorms

You people with responses need to get a life, you sound like a bunch of kids yourself do you not have anything better to do? Go out and watch for these kids that are hanging out and being loud tell someone, tell them to go home or whatever. Either way find something better to do!
