I have lived at Laurel Springs for 3 years and though there have been a few bumps along the way, I am overall very pleased with my stay here. As far as the noise, come on, they are apartments. Get smart and just move to third floor like me and then you don't hear anything unless the people under you crank up the bass on the stereo. You also don't have to hear the kids running by they don't hang out on the top floor in our building. It is what you make it. Helpign the office people to make it a better place to live is the key. If something is an issue help solve the issue don't just gripe about it. I have had a few problems with other tennants but have always gotten them resolved and had the help of the staff. The office staff are just doing their jobs and they have to answer to a boss just like we all do at work. Some people seem to forget that. It is not personal they have rules to follow too. I will continue to recommend Laurel Springs to people my stay here has been a pleasant experience. Even though the manager has nicknamed me "trouble"..lol

What a crappy rating, I lived her 4 years. @ different 3rd floor units. Read my review " seen it lived it hated it"

It seems awfully funny to see the response on here from "seen it lived it hated it." Do you not have anything better to do besides look at Laurel Springs ratings and judge it? You are no longer living here so why do you care? Seems like to me you don't have anything better to do and you do care about Laurel Springs or you would not be on here....get my drift???

OMG get a grip... what r u doing Mrs. Anonymous searching and reading every response and review on here for this place just to see who said what and how many times??? Now, who has the real issue here? Reviews are for the former and current tenants and are here to serve a purpose for the people searching for a place to live! So... "seen it, lived it, hated it" thank you for your postings and responses to them that is exactly the meaning of "REVIEWS"....... GET MY DRIFT????
