Ok well I found this web site and thought I would find great things about Laurel Springs. I did not and I could not understand why. I did take a step back the only thing is they have a lot of building not sure how many. Only a hand few have posted on here and more and likely people that post only post because they are upset or pissed off because something did not go their way. I have lived here for 2 years now and have had a great time here and it seems only to be getting better with more socials and nice people that came to your door with a smile on their face in maintenance and nice people in the office. My kid has a great school to go too as well. I don t see what some people had some many bad things, and noise is a part of living in an apartment. I recommend this place to anyone and to who those that have had bad time look at it in the whole picture. The only thing that I think needs improvement is there patrol BPS. They will sometimes come out but I just wait and let the office now and they sent a letter to the whole building to let everyone know to try to keep it down a little and it fixed the problem.
