Did not enjoy my stay in this place. Office staff does not work with you. They fee the crap out of you for everything imagineable. The rent is ridiculous for an apartment you could rent a 4 bedroom home fo what you pay to live there. They come into your apartment unannounced constantly to check and inspect monthly weekly to see if there is anything they need (due to all their rules) to discuss or pentalize you for... They are NOT pet friendly, so dont have one! Yea, H-P police do patrol the place, but that is because when I lived there they had security/maintance guys doing it until there was a rash of breakins into these apartments. Just to set the record straight on that one! They are not compassionate about anything so to hear you say your disability was dismissed is totally believeable. They only care about how much money they can suck out you before you figure it out and run like H-LL!

Gee, maybe you should have thought about the rent BEFORE you signed a lease. You know, like most people would do. Please elaborate on unannounced visits because they've never done that to me.
