I lived there for 5 years,when I first moved in it was a great place to live. It has progressively gone down hill since.The current management is terrible.When I moved out they charged me a couple hundred dollars to repaint and clean the carpets,We smoked in it and was never told it would be an extra charge.I wouldnt refer this place to my worst enemy!!! My dishwasher stayed broke for 2 months and when we moved out it still wasn't fixed.!!!!!!!

First off, if yo ulived in the sam eunit for 5 years, the carpet should have been replaced, not cleaned. The quality of carpet or lack of they use will not hold up much over 4 years. Second off, re-painting is a normal expense that all property management incours when a renter moves out. They rerely ever pass it on to the former tennant. I hope you did not pay them a single cent as this si wrong, please file a complaint with HUD - Housing and urban developement. You have been scammed, I use ot live here myself, its a dump, not the gem it use ot be. Take my advise purchase a house.
