I am with a company that travels all up and down the eastern seaboard. I Have rented numerous apartments in several different cities big and small. I am currently a resident at Laurel Springs. This apartment complex offers some of the largest and nicest apartments for very low rent. The place is well taken care of. The staff is the best I have ever rented from. The manager can call most of the renters by name!!! You will never find that anywhere. I have read some of the other reviews. Most of the bad reviews are by people low on the intelligence level. Some of their problems would have went away if they just read their contracts before signing them. It is not the fault of any staff at any apartment complex for holding you to an agreement you have signed. I would recommend this complex to any one. The next time I am assigned in the area I would rent from them again no matter what the rent was.

thanks for the vote of confidence there co-tennant! I am actually a business professional and have been told about the tenents like you...the office kisses your butt because they have too. Get a grip, this used to be the nice WHITE country end of town. now its going slummin due to the tenents of this development. The schools used to be good but not any more. Most of us have lived here our whole lives and dont appreciate people like you dumbing us down. I have a feeling you travel because you have no where to set up house. Go back to where you came from.
