not recomended. talk to more than 5 tennents. you will see lots of people arent happy.

actually the other apartments in a 5 mile area are built better. Being ghetto is a choice not a born thing. I too am in the customer service industry and think that people who are trying to sell a product should sell the best product around! When in rome do as the romans do... not come to a nice middle class neighbor hood with hooptie and drugs and 50 cuz-ins in tow. there are policies that prevent"ghetto" people from raising cane after 10pm some are just to thick headed to understand what quiet means. Its ok the police can deal with the loud people who have broken down cars and have 20 people over every 5 minutes in and out of the door. I hear that the projects dont care how loud you get or what piece of crap car you drive. If you dont like the more affluent well educated people whining about the undesirable than maybe you should speak with guilford county housing authority, im sure they have a lovely spot just for people who like to refer to themselves as a little bit ghetto!

You know I was Laurel Springs for 3 years and I have read these stupid reviews people put on here and it is ridiculous! You talk about how it has gone downhill but have you ever heard of FairHousing or do you even know what that is? Maybe you shoudl take a class and learn something because we are all the same on the inside even if some of us are a little more ghetto then others. Also, the staff can not help people do not watch their kids. After observing these reviews, I think the fact is you just didn;t get your way or your opinion across so you want to leave a review to make the office staff look bad. The fact is, people have rules and regulations to follow and you are not in an industry that obviously knows that! It is a shame when people have to cut throat to get their point around but it doesn't. I too, work in the industry and people can never believe reviews like this due to people just blah blah. If you hate apartments so much....buy a damn house. All of you...what do you think apartments are made with? All of them you can hear your neighbors...wake up and smell the coffee people!
