I have been living at Laurel Springs since late 2006. It seems to me that things are starting to take a turn for the worse. I've had a few new neighbors and now my building is going down hill. It used to be so nice here...also used to be very quiet. The type of people they are now renting to is changing. I have a neighbor that smokes in the breezeway and there are ashes everywhere and their kid spits on the steps! I haven't had a problem with management yet as I never complain about anything....but I'll wait to see how they act when I move out at the end of my lease. The rent went up more than I was told at the time of lease signing-of course! I'm starting to look elsewhere.

I agree. The quality of neighbors is going down fast. I am not sure that the office staff cares who they lease to because they do not live here or if it is more of an effort to fill occupancy. Dont bother complaining, it wont do any good! Not a quiet place to live. Save your money, get a rental house right down the street for less!
