I have lived here since late 2006 and my time here has been beyond a complete nightmare. Aside from the walls being paper thin, managment is beyond rude and inconsiderate; there is absolutely no respect given to the tennants that live here. Every letter from managment that I find upon my door is accusatory and indignant. Each letter reads as though I'm the guilty party and that managment will treat everyone as guilty until proven otherwise. They are also hipocritical in their actions; for example, I do in fact smoke and choose not to smoke inside my apartment because of the smell in my clothes and furniture so I had placed a metal can outside my apartment in which to extinguish my cigarettes. One day I found that can missing and nice "nasty-gram" on my door about the policies of smoking on the property. In that letter it clearly contained the sentence, "put your cigarettes out in an ash tray or place them in a can", well if my "can" is missing because managment removed it, with what option am I left' If I run my business this way, I would indeed be out of business. In all reality, if I see people viewing the apartments, I quietly recommend they look elswhere.

only ashtray on the property is at the pool, none ar eprovided at the buildings. Whe nI lived thier I too smoke, but however smoke inside. I had a neighbor that used the indoor/outdoor carpet in the breezeways as an ashtray.
