I absolutely love living here the location and area is second to none all the convenience of shopping centers and express way access has made me totally fall for this area. I could live somewhere else in the High Point area! but why would I want to'

You forgot to mention the annoying teenagers blocking the way to get in, and threatening you while you are in your car. One actually threw a rock at my car as I was trying to drive around, and he seriously looked like he was about 9 years old. Maintenance is good, but other than that, this place sucks.

I'm looking at getting an apartment here and I drove through Friday and Saturday night to see if these allegations were true. Yeah, there were kids by the entrance but non-threatening. And what do you expect-you live behind the most popular theater in town!
