I have lived here for two years. The first year was really good and I had no problems, however there have been times that I have called the emergency number and never received a response. Maintenance is ok, the work with what they got. Crime had gotten worse and the police are here frequently. Pest control has been here once a week up until recently. Because of the dog crap you really can't walk or sit in the grass. The swimming pool is open long after management is gone and alcohol is present at that time. The laundry is in the basement (which anyone has access to even if they do not live in the complex.
