I have lived here for about a month now with my fiance. We rented from there because we both work full time, and I go to school full time, so were never home. It cheap right now with all the specials they are running. I don't have any problems with anyone in my building, but I've heard theres some sketch people in all the other builings. If you wanna live here get an apartment in building 213, its the best. No bugs inside, water runs nice and hot, and people pretty much keep to themselves. Cops are around a lot, I'm not gonna lie, but they are never in my building, they are always looking for people in other buildings and asking around, especially after some dumbass kids beat up a chinese delivery guy, yeah that was here.Overall thoough, you can not beat the price and the privacy!!! Management does not give a crap what you do.
