I have lived there for a year, and I can't stand it anymore. I payed my rent with a money order and of course the office does not give reciepts, I am trying to move to another complex now and Swathmore is telling them that I have not payed my current months rent. Now I have to pay twice for one month just so I can get out of there, but I will because it will be worth it.

I am very close to this situation and this is a complete lie. This person is a bold face liar. I know about this guy he is never on time with his rent. He is a liar and loser. I live there I pay every month and I get a receipt. This place is a great place to live
