My friend moved here unfortunately. They list their deposit as $100.00 after being approved for the apartment they proceeded to tell her that she would have to pay a $695.00 deposit because she had paid her previous rent after the 5th of the month which was an agreement between her and her previous landloard. After she moved in the unit was infested with roaches. I thought this was an isolated incodent until I applied six months late out of desperation of a reasonable 3 bedroom apartment, well low and behold they did the same thing with me by stating the deposit was $100 and you guessed it... they now needed a deposit of 695.00 they never mentioned it was subject to change. well I was not so desperate to move into a place that lies about their process and I declined the place I am now moving in another complex that is much nicer anyway. BEWARE OF WESTCHESTER KEY'S APPROVAL PROCESS WE FEEL THIS IS A SCAM TO GET LARGE DEPOSIT OUT OF PEOPLE THAT 695 IS MORE THAN THE MONTHLY RENT THEY QUOTED.
