I dont know what the application scam is about' We moved in a year in a half ago and we only paid 100.00 deposit. So Im going to tell you the good, bad and the ugly of living here. The apartments are very large and have lots of closet space. It was clean when we moved in and we have only had ,minor things that needed to be fixed while living here. They will usually fix it within 24 hrs. (although I think they fix things the cheapest way they can.) You can have pets but you have to pay an extra deposit for them. I have actually tested the water for lead bc the apartments were built in 1969 and it passed with flying colors. However,bc the apartments are old the windows let a lot of moisture in when its winter and Im having to constantly clean them so that mold doesnt grow. The aircondition either runs to cold or to hot and the heater is kind of loud. We have had loud neighbors and we have had queit ones. I had to complain several times and call the cops before we could get anything done about one set of neighbors who like to party all night. There is a pool and a playground but it is really old and small. It is usually overly crowded in the summer. It is a little geddo in my opinion and the only reason we havent moved is because we are saving up for a house. It is a good place to stay for a year or less. Its not somewhere that I would want to stay for to long.
