Nice looking apartments that are very spacious on the inside. Very over-priced for what you get though.
No one seems to live there, in my building there were at least 10 empty apartments. No one really ever goes outside. The most people I ever saw at the pool was 7. Most of the time I was there alone. If you sit on the far side of the pool, you will get eaten up by bugs.
If you like peace and quiet and being alone, you would like it here.
It always took the maintenance people HOURS to resond to my calls, I dont think it was his fault, I think it was the people in the office not contacting him.
The staff in the office is constantly being replaced by the property owners. So if you move in with promises about rent, don't expect those people to be there to bring it to fruition when you want to renew.
Fitness room is very spacious and the best one I've seen an apartment complex.
When you move out, they will STEAL your money. Before we moved, we had someone check it out who told us it was fine and we would get our deposit back. However, 3 months later we get a letter in the mail saying that we owed, amazingly enough, EXACTLY what our deposit had been. Hmmmm. Funny how that worked out since they had told us it was okay when we moved.
Also, you have to pay your water bill there, which I'd never heard of.
