Good staff but double standards. If you don?t have a family and your not over 30 do not live on a second floor apartment of this community. I was one of those tenants that paid his rent and did everything by the book. When a new family moved in under me, remember this ? I had been there for four months ? they complained about me walking in my apartment to the property staff and to the cooperate office. Understand that I was their first, and instead of asking them to move to a different place they ended up asking me to move. Well, after all was said and done they evicted me because they got tired of hearing from my neighbors down stairs.
Why should this reflect on you and why should you care' Because, if you weigh over 72 pounds, wear shoes, have children, have pets, and plan to clean your apartment then you stand a chance to be evicted. If you have a family and you want a good safe atmosphere than Heritage apartments is for you. The service is wonderful and the staff is outstanding, but if you are single and living in a two room upstairs apartment, then get ready for trouble. Before you move in review on the internet the Fair Housing Act, they really don?t like I when some one knows more about it than they do.
