They currently have a new immature manager who doesn't know how to speak & act politly and doesn't appear have customer service skills or attitude.
Assistant Mgr informed me that it is her medication that causes her to act in irrational ways. We are so glad that our 1 yr lease was up so we could move out of there.
I was also told by a current resident that since she, the new mgr took over the pool was kept very dirty brown along the walls and floor.
While moving out we had normal minimal wear and tear and she still tried to threaten with us needing to replace the carpet- which we got out of by contacting her superior which was a hassle. I spent the whole day cleaning the apartment and she still commented on sheet "apartment left dirty" very insulting and unproffesional behavior.
She tried too hard to act like a policewoman and hence steps on toes (like chasing you down for your pool pass when she knows who you are and that you are a resident, taking pictures of every little speck she can find upon final move-out inspection)
As long as Tara Jones is the property manager I advise to check out the new Patriot's Pointe down the road to save yourself future unecessary trouble.

I don't beleive a word of this. Sure they have had alot of managers, but we still have a great maintenance guy. The pool has always looked great and I'm glad the manager checks passes because we pay for the imenities not some person off the street. The property looks fantastic all the time. Just go see for yourself.
