I lived there and just moved out and I am so glad! The manager has no kind of expereience and I don't know where they got her from ' a little slow. The apartments are new and all but that's not always the point I would rather have a nice place to call home and a friendly staff, when I was looking for an apartment I checked out Birch Lake and the staf was unbeliveable!! They were so kind and friendly. There place was alittle older but the staff was so great I decided to move there. The setting at Heritage was so boring just a view of your plan ole parking lot nothing I would want to call home. Now at Birch Lake they have such a serence setting. I just moved there and I LOVE IT!! So don't let the looks fool you it's really what's on the inside.

Don't get it twisted Birch Lake or Ashford Lake is not what you think,give it a few months and you see how old the apt really are, you will have all kinds of problems.The staff are not that friendly especially Sara.The Heritage manager is slow, I asked her if you had to pay for water and,"she said no and you get free cable". Well, just when I was about to sign my lease she brings up about water service. I was so pis because I had chosen the Heritage over Patriot Pointe trying to save money.I got up and told Pat I was not moving in that witch would'nt even give me half of my deposit back.I signed a lease with Patriot Pointe the same day.They took care me,plus I have a huge apt.
