I don't know what that other person is smoking, but the staff here is great, been here 3 months, nice, large apartments, parking is good, the pool is nice, and the workout area is just right, the neighbors are all friendly in my building, and I've had many apartments. I moved from being a home owner, and I love having no maintenance, this place is always good looking, and the manager is super sweet, you'd really have to be some kind of !@#$% to not like her. If you want to live in a ghetto looking place with a great view, that's fine.
