Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I could have found cheaper apartments, however, the area is safe.
The head manager knows everyone and is very helpful. There is assistance that know less, but that is expected.
The fire marshall has enforced ridiculous rules at this apartment.
Animal deposit is expensive.
