I am NOT an employee. I have been at Heritage for nearly two years and LOVED IT! I'm only moving because I ve accepted a new job out of state.
Here are the top 3 things I d like to leave with you about Heritage Apartments:
#1) I respect the way Pat, the manager, MANAGES the place for our safety, comfort and positive living experience. If someone gets out of hand or breaks the rules, next thing you know, they are gone and that is good for the rest of us. By maintaining her ways, I know Pat is building an excellent community here at Heritage!
#2) Heritage is NEW only a few years old now! My apartment still smells new, even today.
#3) Heritage is BUILT SOLID with brick and thick walls--many times I didn't even hear thunderstorms. We are close to the Interstate and I thought this would be noisy but no, not true. Even in the Winter when the trees are bare, you can barely hear the big trucks.
And, this is just an extremely attractive complex! I also happen to like the wooden walkway/breezeway that runs between the front and rear apartments that make up each Unit. This feature means you end up only having neighbors beside you and/or above or under you but not right behind you; i.e., each apartment is only one deep. I also liked the pool being away from the apartments so people are not staring at you the entire time. I liked the open floor plan in the apartments, including kitchen/dining; as well as huge windows in the living room and bedrooms and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There is ample/convenient parking and storage units if needed.
When I mentioned to Pat that I would like to publish a positive apartment review such as this, she had no reply -now folks, that s Character! Consequently, you are reading MY HONEST OPINION about Heritage Apartments. The only reason I did it was because I am looking for a new apartment in AL and I would like to know that what I m reading about those apartments is as unbiased and truthful as this one is.
