The apartments are new so of course they are nice, but I still do not recommend this craphole (literally). I have a rather large dog and was intrigued by the "dog friendly" environment. Well despite them boasting that it is a dog friendly environment, the dogs are apparently not allowed on the grass, so I guess you will do alright if your dog doesn't mind the pavement. Getting back to the crap part of it though -- there are several dog owners here, very few of them clean up after their furry ones. Perhaps it is the lack of pet waste bags in the pet trash area, the complete lack of owner responsibility or perhaps it is because most of the pet owners are trying to carefully steer themselves away from the grass to avoid a scathing call by the office manager, Robin, either way, the poop remains. It has been over two weeks that a rather large dump, if you will, remains on the main walkup to one of the most populated buildings. I see the employees making cookies and chit chatting (you know the really important things) and it sure would be nice to see them doing something about the waste as well. Maybe even a flier to remind these dog owners of their extremely simple duties!!! And my friends, this is simply one of 853 piles. For lack of time and space, I won't even get into the amazing number of unfriendly neighbors and the countless ways in which one can tell that the apartments were slopped together in a day. In conclusion, if you move into Patriots Pointe, bring plastic bags for the bottom of your shoes when walking outside , ear muffs for your not so kind and lets face it, sketchy neighbors and every last tool you have in your shed.

I am not certain what was sticking up this person's ----- but, and we all have one -I have been a resident since Sept.2005 and this is no-where near the truth. I nor my family members could be happier about a rental place to live! Please follow-up and read all the reviews. And thank you office staff and management for your outstanding courteosy and helpful mannor. Each of you have always gone the added length to make me feel safe, a welcomed member of our community and appreciated. I can only praise and compliment you for a job well done! Jean of 513

this is absolutly true STILL in 2008! no one cleans up after their dog and they do poo all over the grass my non dog owning children should know they bring it in with them all the time!
