This place is the best in Hillsborough. I have lived all around the triangle, and I have not found a better complex.

The staff is great. They seem to know everyone by name and they aren't afraid to work. The maintenance guy is the best I have ever seen. It is the newest place in the area, and it seems like a mixture of young professional and older people. There are kids, but not hoards of teenagers. There was a poop problem at first, but that has gotten A LOT better since some people who chose not to clean up after their own animals either moved or learned. Anyway, it is no longer an issue.

The parking is great. The cable is cheap for what you get, and the water is cheap (city not county). I get a discount for being a government employee (that is nice). I have been happy since I have been here.
