Iam not a new resident here, so Ihave seen alot of things happen over my lease period.I must admit Iwas not the best person to deal with I would give the staff a real difficult time. But I soon found out that they were realy on my side. the ladies in the office would greet you with a smile and would help you with anything you would ask of them. Always having or making cookies (smelt like my grandma from years ago)The condition of the new homes were not the best I have ever seen, but the maintenance guy is prompt in doing any repairs, wich I might add is a person that does an amazing job indealing with hostile residents, I should know I was one of them. My hats off to him, who seems to be every where anytime.
