OK lets get real here. The manager is an idiot and you can not understand anything she says. If the manager cared about anything other than herself it would make a difference. The maint man is an alcholic(all this is very obvious)and doesn't know if he is comming or going. Scary! Both of them. And finally, there is pet pooh everywhere. Ick! Don't move here. Be afraid, be Very afraid.

I find these thoughts immature, irrelevent, and incorrect. I have lived in many apartment complexs in my lifetime, and this has to be one of the finest, most responsible, and clean apartment complexs ever. In addition to that, the staff here are responsive, intelligent, caring, and community-building. If you failed to meet your responsibilities as a tenant, don't blame others for it. If you're looking for a beautiful place to live in an apartment setting, with highly-skilled, reliable office staff, and you understand your role as a tenant, then Patriots Point is the place for you!! -Current Resident
