I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THE STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY, THEY MAKE CERTAIN RULES FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE, AND NOW ALL THE AMMENTIES ARE GONE, NO LONGER A 24 HOUR FITNESS CENTER, AND THERE IS NO LONGER A BUSSINESS CENTER, IF YOU TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THE POOL THEY ARE WATCHED ALL THE TIME NO PLAYING AT THE POOL. YOU HAVE TO WATCH WHERE YOU WALK DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE, THE MAINTENACE MAN FOLLOWS YOU AROUND IT FEELS LIKE HE IS STALKING YOU. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I think I know where this review came from. LOL This past weekend at Patriots Pointe, a number of NON-RESIDENTS showed up, hoping to use someone else's pool for the day. They arrived in five vehicles and started changing in their cars, looking around to see if they were noticed. Well, they did get noticed this weekend and they were sent packing cause they didn't belong. They even tried this twice. I would imagine that this upset person is not a resident but got caught trying to be one. I live at Patriots Pointe. Both the fitness center AND the business center are keycode security entry for the residents and both are indeed open 24 hours. On Saturday there were 15 kids playing in the pool with smiling families all around. They are the nicest Staff I have ever encountered. Basically, its this way....people are trying to bash a wonderful place that they simply don't reside at. Nuf Said.

There was a time when the fitness center and business center were closed because someone had broken into them! They stole the tv right off the wall.

Ummm....I live at the foot of the hill. Yes, the CHEAP apartments where we are treated like subhumans and it is the same management company. They have us sign pool rules when we move in and show us YOUR pool then inform us later that we are supposed to use a pool at a TRAILER PARK. On top of that, they have no contract with the city for water, like they do for Patriots Pointe and of COURSE they do not tell you this. So we spend 80 dollars a MONTH minimum. And the maintenance man IS a stalker.
