Nicest apartments in this area - Love, love, love my knew apt. We've been here about 6 months now and find this the perfect place to live in Hillsborough. She is so knowledgeable of the area and her job. All the staff are nice and respectful. My apt. is perfect for my family. It is well maintained inside and out.

Law suit Maybe its time for a class action law suit for breach of contract, since the lease you sign is a contract, it states the pool is to be used by the residents, residents meaning those who LIVE there, also it states only 2 guests to be allowed and you must be present.
