Great Price Great Place We have been at Church Street since it was completed in 2007. We have a great place at a reasonable price. We have always found the property to be well kept and any maintenance items handled quickly. It has a great pool and clubhouse. It has a great small town feel.

Please Don't Move Here This neighborhood is not what it seems. The rent is high as hell. There is no park, pool, gym, or anything here to enjoy for what you pay. The people in the office been changing managers since I move in because most of the people they hire be stealing money
