Great Price Great Place We have been at Church Street since it was completed in 2007. We have a great place at a reasonable price. We have always found the property to be well kept and any maintenance items handled quickly. It has a great pool and clubhouse. It has a great small town feel.

This is the worse place I ever lived at!! Management is awful..... My kitchen sink is clogged up and I have made several calls and no one has responded. I had a floading problem for almost a year. Every time it rains my apartment floaded. There's a water stain in the kitchen and my bedroom
