Unless you live on the top floor, be prepared to hear EVERY SINGLE FOOTSTEP of your upstairs neighbor. The ceilings and floors are as thin as cardboard. And the stairs are noisy as well -- you can hear everyone going up and down, and I don't mean it's nice little pitter-patter footsteps, i mean it sounds like rhinos are going up and down the stairs. If you like quiet, find another location.

welcome to apartment living! stay on top floor anywhere you go if you are so worried about noise. as for the stairs they are the most quiet ones i have encountered in my 6 years of apt living at the lake. try going anywhere else in lkn and i promise this is the quietest place!
