we live on the second floor, and we hear EVERYTHING from neighbors upstairs AND downstairs.
my car was broken into last week and the leasing office did NOTHING about it, they didnt even care. They are very rude and unhelpful. They also keep raising our rent without notice. there is NEVER anywhere to park.

ok first of all i did call the police and i dont "show off" anything. I didnt expect the leasing office to find out who did it, i just thought they might want to know whats happening in their neighborhood. i dont have a really nice car, i have a normal car, and you dont know anything about our situation or the dealings with the leasing office, and thats great for you that you love it here but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. So your welcome to share your opinion with others, as am I, so please post your opinons about your apartment online, and keep your arrogant, blind opinions about me, and my words to yourself. thanks.

Technically if your car is broken into, the only thing the leasing office can do is tell you to call the police. It's not their job to do a full-length investigation on you, hire PIs and hold your hand while they single-handedly try and save the world, one cry baby at a time. It is ultimately your responsibility to call the proper authorities and obtain a police report, and if they broke any glass call your car insurance company. As for someone breaking in your car, since we live in a really good neighborhood, you should really watch who you let in your car and/or around your house, it could have been one of your "buddies" you decided you show your stuff off to...and if it is a REALLY nice car, why are you living in an apartment...PRIORITIES PEOPLE... And about your rent, if you hadn't noticed, economy is really bad, and prices of everything is going up, including your rent. It's not the leasing office's decision, I'm pretty sure they don't own the place. If you have a problem, call the White House and ask your President about your rent, not the office. If they kept it cheap, then you would complain about the "clientele" that they are letting in here. Build a bridge and get over it....BECAUSE I LOVE IT HERE!!!

um read into your lease, the office is NOT responsible for your car! would you blame hoa if you lived in a house? they wouldn't give a damn either! and maybe you need to live in a house if you are so worried about noise. the staff has always been VERY kind to me, i have never had a problem with noise and renewal letters are sent out before your lease is up, but increases are to be expected. that's kinda the point of signing a 12 mo. or however long lease, it locks you in at that rate for that amount of time! i have lived here for 2 years and i love it! i have lived in several communities in lkn and rosedale is by far the best!
