I've been living here for 3 years now and never had a problem with anything...except when the office tried to accuse my children playing with fireworks. Some of the town home people across the street were very nosey but thank God they finally moved! parking issue not a big deal like some others make it out to be. I always have my spot every time I come home same one for the past 3 years. Office people they are there to do their job and that's it. But at least they are there to answer any question I have. Everything is close (walking distance) by grocery, eatery, bike shop, card shop and music store. Ive thought about moving a couple of times but why. Its a clean, safe, quite neighbor hood. I live on the second floor and the structure of the place seems excellent I barely hear my neighbors above me or below me.
