Good Apartment

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I have lived here 2.5 years and it has been a good experience overall. The repair/maintenance service is very good and prompt. The apartment itself has a good layout and is spacious. I only have 2 complaints:
1. The walls are too thin and I can hear eveything my neighbors are doing and saying - everything.
2. They installed a new trash bin last year with a compactor. For some reason now trash piles up outside the bin, waist-high and sometimes shoulder-high on the weekends - its disgusting.
