I think that some of the people writing reviews are crazy. First off I have been living there for awhile I don t hear anyone walking around. Perhaps your neighbors are running above you. I also have a child she is 3, we live on the top floor and have never had a complaint perhaps you are letting your children run around crazy and playing like their outside. The property and apartment layouts are great along with the staff.

Of course you don't hear anyone walking around if you are on the top floor. My child doesn't run around as if he is outside or anything out of the ordinary ...perhaps you just have more tolerant neighbors under you or you don't let your 3 yr old be a 3 yr old at all? Otherwise I love these apartments.Location is great and I always feel safe here.
