I have lived at Rosedale for about 2 years now and my 2nd favorite thing about this place other than my apartment is the location. when you are here you feel like you are in your own little community, and you have so many conveinences at your finger tips. its nice to be able to walk to blockbuster, the grocery store or even grab something to eat. the staff was really helpful when i moved in and even though there are some new faces in the office from time to time they are all very freindly.
i have not had a lot of maintenace issues with my apartment but the times they did have to come out they got it fixed the first time and they were very prompt about it.
i would definately recommend this place to freinds, in fact i have and they love it here too.
