i have lived here for 1 1/2 years and let me tell you, as long as i rent, it will be here! the neighborhood is quiet and a great mix of people. i personally am not married or have children but i hate party complexes. i can go to the pool without drunken college kids being loud, i can sit at home after work and relax without loud music and partying (unlike other lkn complexes), but my neighbors are still very social and friendly. i made the mistake of wanting to rent a town house at the end of my last lease, long story short i got scammed and am glad i never moved into it. but the staff was so friendly and helpful and made it sooooo easy to let me stay and move into a larger apartment! the staff realllly cares and wants their current residents to stay. only had 2 work orders in almost 2 years and they were done so quickly! nothing ever breaks and the insides are very clean, nice and modern. only thing i don't like is that pet fees are non-refundable and don't transfer if you you do, but that's too be expected. i have never had any problems here and want to stay here until i buy a home!
