I moved here from Ca and I did my apartment leasing over the phone/fax. This is mostly my fault but I thought that Birkdale Apartment Homes were the Apartments above the stores...Wrong! These apartments are across the street. The apartment is nice and all but the leasing staff is rude and does not seem to care about my maintenance needs. My lease is ending soon and I went to the "Apartments at Birkdale Village" but they were helping other people and I had to make an appointment. They seemed to be professional. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I disagree. When I moved to the area (also from out of state) I was also actually looking for The Apartments at Birkdale Village and stumbled upon Birkdale Apartment Homes in my search. After seeing the community and the floor plans and meeting the staff, Birkdale Apt. Homes was by far my first choice over everything in this area (even over B.V). This community and B.V. are two completely different atmospheres and it just depends what you are looking for. In my opinion there is certainly no reason to rate anything at Birkdale at less than 4 out of 5 or more! I have nothing but compliments on the office and maintenance staff and the overall management of My Home. - Satisfied Resident of 2 years

THE TRUE BIRKDALE APARTMENT HOMES When a friend of mine, also a future resident, pointed out your review to me, I wondered if you and I were living at the same apartment complex. I have, already, renewed my lease, and have been here for almost two years. Although you never wrote specifics, I will. There isn't a time that I walk into the leasing office that I am not greeted with a smile and a pleasant exchange of conversation. Although in the two years I've been here, the construction is such that I have needed nothing more than a change of light bulbs, maintenance has been here within hours; the landscaping is the prettiest I have seen anywhere and is impeccably maintained; the residents are lovely and respect the fact that there are other people around and are quiet; I return home late at night and feel as safe as anyone can feel; I have never had a problem finding a place to park, close to my building; and I, thoroughly, enjoy the privacy that I am afforded in this charming community. I, certainly, hope you are happy, wherever you end up; but, you will never find the quality of living that the rest of us are fortunate enough to have at the Birkdale Apartment Homes. Resident
