These apartments are VERY poorly constructed. Air conditioner will run CONSTANTLY to keep apartment cool - even when set to 80 degrees! You can hear EVERYTHING in your neighbors apartment (walking, urinating, arguing, sex)...and this is coming from someone with a "nice" neighbor...forget about the young punks in the community with no respect for other people...blasting stereos till all hours of the night, coming home drunk and carrying on in the parking lot. Management/Maintenance is supposed to warn you when they are coming...forget it. They either contact you as they are outside the door or show up without letting you know they were there, then days later leave maintenance sheets on your counter that the problem was just fixed. These places are NOT worth the money they are charging.
