The best apartment complex you could find. Staff is wonderful and maintenance is superb. The buildings were well built and have been well maintained.
Apartment living will always have an occasional noise or problem resident. The important thing is how problems are handled by the staff and the resolution of the situation. The Birkdale/Fairways folks do a great job with this.
