As a single person, I just wanted to find a safe apartment community in which I could be free of all maintenance headaches, know that I would be treated with care and respect by the office staff, hope that I would have lovely neighbors as well as the added convenience of shopping. Fairways at Birkdale has exceeded every expectation.
Management is so pleasant that it is just fun to live here. All my fears and concerns about moving were for nothing. I have all the comforts of home that I could ever wish for.
