I too was unsatisfied with the manangement of Birkdale Village. They did not once return a phone message, I just had to continue calling back during office hours to get a response to any concern. I was there the first month it opened. I was able to enjoy the area until it got a little more well known around the area. People were outside until the wee hours of the morning and you can hear a great deal from inside your apartment. The police would be outside at least 3 out of the 7 days if the week, but we never got a notice regarding anything. There are a lot of things that could have been better handled by management, however, hop[efully some of the things may have improved by now.
