This is a response to the last review. I myself am in property management, and infact Birkdale Village is one of my competitors and as you know, Birkdale is the "place to be" That is one of Crosslands finest communities. Do you get a raise atleast every year' Ofcourse you do - how do expect an apartment community to ever make any money' As a community gets older, so does the cost to keep things going and fixed. EVERY apartment community raises rent. If they dont, that is an apartment community that is suffering, and they will do what ever they can to get you to stay. And prices can change everyday - did you think prices would stay the same from day one. My suggestion is to move some where else - you obviously dont see the VALUE in your apartment community, and frankly, they dont need residents like you to write in some complaint due to the fact that..... you probably cant afford it anyway. Hey - move to the Landings...... I bet your rent will NEVER go up. That may fit your budget better

Wow! I actually had considered moving to Birkdale Village until I read the comment by the management. I'm afraid I would not want to live in a community with an unprofessional staff. You may lose residents by raising prices on rent upon renewal of a lease but you will prevent people from moving to your community and filling those empty apartments with the unprofessional remarks in your post. Thanks for helping me make my decision!
