I AM FROM UP NORTH and I THINK THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WRITING BAD REVIEWS PERHAPS DID NOT PAY THEIR RENT... PEOPLE FROM UP NORTH KNOWS WHAT THE VALUE OF THIS IS AND TO PAY 700-1000 FOR A BEAUTIFUL PLACE IS A BLESSING.

I THINK THIS PLACE IS MADE FOR PEOPLE UPNORTH... THIS PLACE ISNT FOR THE SOUTHERN PERSON WHO LIVED ON A FARM AND EXPECT A WHOLE LOT OF SERVICE FOR 700.00!

Oh boy another stereotypical northerner I see. For one in the South rent is A LOT Less than it is up north. In the south $1,000 a month is quite costly for an apt. Job's here pay differently(Less than up north) so therefore rent on apt's is a lot less than what you would pay say in NYC.

Your an ass...I totally agree with mspris...these apartments are extremely nice on the inside but they are loud as ---- and the staff here sucks...that doesnt change no matter how much you pay...who gives a rats ass I can pay the same amount and have a house...so go back up north we dont want you here anyway your rude

Well, I am from up north (born and raised) and I am not satisfied with Birkdale. I have paid my rent ontime every month and happybirkdaler is correct in that I have come to appreciate the size of the apartments and the price. Some of the luxury apartments are too pricey! Take a look at Granville or atkins circle to name a few. Try the downtown areas.
