the entire staff at this complex is incredibly rude. not one person is friendly or exchanges a smile, no less seems like they want to get up when you walk in. they recently went thru a bunch of management/staff changes, and the new batch acts as if they don??t have time for anyone unless it benefits them. do not expect a call back or accurate paperwork from this office. the rent increases are ridiculous as well. nobody answers the phone either.

staff aside, i love the apartment and complex. maintenance has been fine, and the only thing that??s annoying is the noise from trash being picked up, deliveries, etc. but you pay for what you get-i walk for food, movies, and a drink, so i expect some noise.
