office admin sucks..... LOUD PIPE NOISES

ok so i had a "NOISE" like the pipes were gonna bust in my apt for one year... with paying 1200.00 a month for my apt.. they could never figure it out.....VERY UPSETTING. IM LEAVING THIS MONTH YEAAA! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
